Do you ship worldwide?
Absolutely! We ship from Slovenia (EU) to customers all around the world. Whether you're in the USA, Canada, the UK, Europe, Singapore, Japan, or elsewhere — we've got you covered. Each item listing shows the shipping cost, but you're always welcome to reach out if you'd like us to confirm the best option for you.
What is the delivery time?
European countries: 7-10 business days, USA: 14-28 business days, Canada: 14-28 business days, UK: 14-28 business days, Australia: 21-28 business days, Rest of the world: 21-35 business days. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery may vary due to customs processing and other factors beyond our control.
Can you ship faster?
Yes! We can ship with DHL Express or FedEx First Priority, which usually delivers within 2-4 days. Please contact us for a shipping cost quote. Keep in mind that express shipping can be quite expensive, especially for larger items.
How do you pack your items?
Our team has many years of experience in securely packing fragile items. We use double-layer packaging: an inner layer with cardboard, bubble wrap, and styrofoam. For the outer layer, we custom-make strong plywood boxes for each item. We use eco-friendly materials, and our wooden boxes are very durable, so you can reuse them for storage.
Will I get tracking information for my package?
Yes, of course! We will send you the courier details and a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
What if my item arrives damaged? Is the package insured?
Yes, all our items are fully insured at their full value. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and send us photos of the item and the packaging. We will open a claim with the courier.
Will I need to pay customs fees?
We are located in Slovenia, EU. EU countries: No customs fees apply. Outside the EU: Import charges may apply, depending on your country. On average, they range from 18-25%. Please check the exact percentage on your country's customs or trade tariff website, or at your local post office.
Can your lamps be used in the US?
Yes, they can. The lamps are suitable for use with the US electrical system. You will only need to purchase the appropriate light bulbs. For table lamps, you may also need a plug adapter.
How does the order process work?
Add your chosen items to the cart and enter your order details. We will receive your order and send you an invoice by email. Payments are made via bank transfer. Once payment is made, we will carefully pack and ship your order as soon as possible (1-5 working days). After dispatch, you will receive full tracking details.
